Rainbow Card Set

OK, so I set myself an afternoon challenge.
Use up some old products and make a set of cards entirely from scrap papers!  I gave myself unlimited choice of stamps, because a girl's gotta have fun!  And, of course, there had to be a rainbow theme.  Oh, and I wanted LOTS of birthday cards as I never have enough.
So... I got back from the midwife (heard my baby's heartbeat!) on a huge high, and set to work.
3 hours later and they're finished.  And I am EXHAUSTED. :)
So here it is... my rainbow themed card set:

I think I like the dinosaur one best. :)
Hope you get a chance to play along with my rainbow challenge.  See yesterday's post for details.
Have a great evening.

Great idea to make a rainbow set of cards...and these are so fun! Isn't it wonderful to finally use items you've been hoarding? I need to say it again, it's so good to have you back, you've been missed.

Love all of them; the birthday girl one is my favorite!

What a cute array of cards :) Being a kitty lover I love the second one and the raffie one takes a close second with that fabulous graph background and stitched "land" across the bottom.

Hearing your baby's heart beat is a truly amazing thing. Brings the reality of the pregnancy front and center and I remember thinking it was soooo fast. So glad you got to play and we got to enjoy some card eye candy :)

These are truly too cute Lucy! So you are set with birthday cards for a while now! A baby's heartbeat! I still have my daughter's heartbeat on my cell phone which I recorded when I was hopitalised prematurely - it's a beautiful sound!

So gorgeous, I love them all (I especially love the way the zebra is grounded by the stitching). I can tell you were on a high by the beautiful creativity, hearing your baby's heartbeat is so special, I'm glad everything is going well :)

Such sweet cards!! I remember hearing my little girl's heartbeat for the first time.. I'll never forget that moment.. I really wish I would have taken a pic in the doc's office so I could do a page about it!
