A Card for Grace

I finally mailed my card for Grace today.  If you've not seen the card drive Jennifer McGuire has been doing, click HERE to check it out.  Little Grace has just lost her twin sister to cancer and Jennifer is collecting cards for her.
I also sent cards out to all the other sick kids Jennifer is collecting for.  These included:
THIS card for Kate.
THESE cards for Meg, Kylie and Aria.
THESE for Emily and Emily.
Click HERE for details on where to send cards for these wonderful kids.
And finally today - just wanted to share a tiny bit of my other great love...
Just read these two books.

'The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Society' is funny, clever and has TOTALLY made me want to write a novel.
'The Bone People' is incredibly sad and stunningly written.
Would LOVE your book recommendations if you have any...

So sweet! Love the tiny little ribbons on the side! I haven't found much time to read for years now!! It was once a great passion, hope to dive into a good book soon!

I loved the Guernsey Litterary and Potato Peel Pie Society!! We are reading this one for our book group next month. A group of books I have enjoyed are by Jennifer Chiaverini and are called the Elm Creek Quilters series. They are about a group of women who run a quilting camp and the stories of their lives and families history.

Cute card. Thanks for the link for Grace.

Cutie, cutie card!

You could read my book! It's out in paperback now, and it's entitled The World In Half. You should be able to find it at most bookstores, or on amazon. ;)

So cute and adorable! I love the squirrel! So sweet of you to send it out.
Only recommendations I have are books by L. M. Montgomery, though it's more of a teen reading level. ;)

I've just recently read Peter Mayle's "A Year in Provence". After the book, you'd probably enjoy the DVD.

Thanks for sharing your lovely cards.

Hi Lucy! Adorable card! The last reasonable book I read (because the Twilight Saga doesn't count) was A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini. Very sad and it makes me angry, but a very good book. But I am sure you've read it already.
