Operation Write Home Hero Arts Blog Skip

Hello!
And if you have come from Samantha's blog, welcome!
Today I am taking part in a blog hop with Operation Write Home and Hero Arts.
If you are not familiar with Operation Write Home, they are an organisation that supports the US armed forces by sending blank handmade greeting cards to write home on, as well as cards of gratitude to encourage them. Such a great idea. If you want to donate cards, click HERE and read all about them.
Hero Arts has a number of special stamp sets available which have been produced for Operation Write Home. And Hero Arts donate 25% of the profits from these sets to OWH. Isn't that awesome.

So, I have created a card today using You're My World, and Year Round Sentiments, both FAB sets. I used patterned paper from Simple Stories, a cute wooden arrow, neon sequins and gems. A girly card for a guy to send his sweetheart maybe...
Missing U
Love the idea of using sequins AND gems (a la Jennifer McGuire... she is amazing, right?)
Missing U

And next on the hop, it is

Or, if you want to join the hop at the start, visit the Operation Write Home Blog here.
Bye for now!!

Love the way you used the line of people. An easy-to-do card, which is important to one like me with limited expertise and supplies and time. Nicely done!

Beautiful card! I sense a lot of passion looking at this card; the pink patterned paper and the sequins kinda take away that bit of sadness that you can feel the first time you look at it. Love the stamping!
