Now, on to my celebratory card. :)
The other day I shared a card created with Hero Arts Bubble Confetti stencil. I had some leftover watercolour paper misted with neon pink ink and I thought it would be fun on a congratulations card.
So I used an owl from Hero Arts' Missing You Operation Write Home set, and a couple of sentiments from their new Yay! set, and voila, a simple but super bright congratulations card.
