Birthday Hugs

Hello.
Today's card uses the new 'The Patterns - Arches' digikit.  And I had a lot of fun with it!
See the middle flower on the top row... THAT is the Arches paper in its natural form.  But, all the rest of the flowers are ALSO made using ONLY the Arches paper. :)

What I did, is import the paper twice into Word.  One of the versions I rotated 180 degrees (making it upside down). I then layered this over the other paper, then simply moved it left / right / up / down, creating loads of different patterns.  I then had 5 different papers from just one. Yay!
I created the sentiment with some masking of two stamps from Hero Arts Year Round Sentiments set.
Another fun kit - perfectly matched to the Hero Hues lines. Love it.
I hope you are getting a chance to enter my digi contest sponsored by Hero Arts... details are HERE if you missed it.
Have a happy day

  6. Beautiful card. I am impressed how you made the different patterns with the same paper. Not quite sure if I could do that.
