Wishing you Happiness

Hello!
This week I will be celebrating the Simon Says Stamp Better Together release with lots of cards. Yay. I asked you lovely readers for requests, and you responded. So today I have a card that features the adorable Super Heart Border die. So, I was looking at this die and wondering what else I could do with it other than create a border. And then it hit me. Those hearts with tiny holes in them would look sweet on a heart banner. So I got going…
I added sequins and tiny beads to the banner which make it a bit like a shaker card as they move around on the banner freely. The sentiment is from the fabulous Sending and Wishing set. LOVE this set, and that it matches with one of my all time favourite sets Sending Happy Thoughts. (Oh, and check out this awesome bundle - both stamp sets and two dies!!)

Snow Much Thanks

Hello.
Today the January card kit from Simon Says Stamp is revealed. And yet again, it's fabulous. The stamp set in the kit has these gorgeous script sentiments, and the patterned papers are really fun. And there is so much more too… such good value for money!
So I created this card for you with items from the kit and a few Simon Says Stamp dies. First I cut a Large Tag from some of the Bo Bunny patterned paper in the kit then I stamped the sentiment. I cut an Eliza Snowflake from vellum, then a Kate Snowflake from white card. I sprayed the smaller snowflake heavily with Calico Shine Mister Huey's then adhered them together and added to the tag. Some twine completed the look.

I love that these awesome Stitched Rectangle dies mean I don't have to get my sewing machine out so often any more. :)
Snow Much Thanks
Want to see the kit? Here is is in full. There's Perfect Pearls, some cute little postage stamp stickers and so much more.
This weekend I am busy working with the newly released Better Together collection. And I am having SO MUCH FUN!!! Thank you to those who requested products for me to work with - I am doing my best with them. :)
I will be back tomorrow to share… see you then.

Joy and Love and a Special Request

Hi!
Today I have a fun Doodlebug and Hero Arts card to share with you. But first, I have a special request!
-----------------REQUEST---------------
Today Simon Says Stamp releases its awesome Valentine's collection: Better Together. It's such a FABULOUS release! This weekend I will have a chance to play with these new goodies, and I wanted to ask if you had any requests. Perhaps there is a stamp set or die that you particularly want, but need ideas for. Perhaps there's a particular stamp or die within a set that you are not sure how you would use… whatever it is, I want to hear it.
Leave a comment here with your request and I will try to give it a go. :)
HERE is a link to all the new products.
And here are just a few of my faves. :)

Next, I wanted to share this fun Christmas card I created with some Doodlebug Stickers and patterned papers, and a fun Hero Arts stamp. (Love the size of the sentiments in this set.)
It would be fun to give this card to a newlywed couple don't you think?

I love to embellish stickers with wiggle eyes… These little guys look even cuter now. :)

Purple… I don't use it often. But I enjoyed this one. And it's such fun to create non traditional Christmas cards like this.
This card is currently winging its merry way across the pond to someone special! :)
------------------SNEAK PEEKS---------------
And finally, speaking of purple, have you seen any peeks of the new Simon Says Stamp Card Kit yet? If not, I've already shared one peek over at Instagram. Follow me there for more sneak peeks - just click HERE.
That's all. Bye for now!

Birthday Butterfly Double Shaker Card

Hello.
This month, I am honoured to have an article and set of 6 cards published in Papercraft MagazinesSimply Cards and Papercrafts. It's all about shaker cards - one of my favourite things. :)
I thought I'd pop in and share one of my published cards with you - this one is on the front cover of the mag. And, it's a double shaker!
I created it with some lovely Clearly Besotted products:  THIS butterfly die and a stamp from THIS cute stamp set. In fact, all of the cards feature yummy Clearly Besotted stamps and dies...

The background shaker was created with vellum, and the butterfly shaker with acetate.

This is a fun technique. :)
If you want to see the other 5 cards I created for this feature, you will have to buy the magazine. It's available HERE.
Bye for now.
