Missing You

Hi everyone.

Here is a super simple masculine card I created using one of the FAB Jumbo Jets dies from Simon Says Stamp. I love this die… I cut my plane from some cork that came in a previous Studio Calico kit (this one). 

I added a sentiment from THIS Paper Smooches set (LOVE - think I have used this set a gazillion times now), and paper from THIS pad. Oh, and a tiny die cut heart (again, SUCH a useful set… always on my table.) :)

Simple…

I'm suffering… I've gone from a 2 week cold and cough to sinusitis with only 1 day off between! It sucks. Hoping I am slowly on the mend now though. :)

Fintastic Birthday

Hello!

Just thought I'd pop in before the weekend and share a fun shaker card I created with a cute shark stamp and die from Clearly Besotted. This guy is just so cute…

I used my Silhouette to cut the 'fintastic', then used stamps from THIS set to create the rest of the sentiment. And I added lots of Studio Calico Neon Aqua Mister Huey's. Yum.

The shaker is filled with white glitter which I hope looks like sea spray. :) 

Ok - that's it.

Time to enjoy a nice weekend with my lovely girl and hubby. Yay!

Hello!

Today I have a masculine card to share that uses products from Studio Calico's Atlantic collection.

I used some Vellum Die Cuts, and a cute journaling card, and some lovely wave-like patterned paper.

Love my Tiny Attacher for masculine cards… and it's a great way to adhere vellum shapes.

Simon Says Stamp's December Card Kit

Hello!

I am guest designing for Simon Says Stamp today, using their GORGEOUS December Card Kit. And I have 3 cards to share, all made ENTIRELY with the kit plus a few extras like dies and ink.

So, my first card… I used the cute snowflake stencil that's a part of the kit, and misted it with Neon Pink Mister Huey's. After adding a greeting from the fun stamp set in the kit, I added a couple of die cut hearts (from THIS and THIS set) then adhered the panel to some glittery snowflake paper from the kit. Who says pink is not for Christmas?? :)

 

Lots of glittery shimmer here...

My next card features the mitten stamp from the set. I stamped my mittens in a variety of Hero Arts Shadow Inks, then embellished them with a load of Rock Candy Glitter and some hand cut reindeer from one of the gorgeous Doodlebug papers in the kit. I even added wiggle eyes… 

 

seriously, if I ever found REAL mittens with wiggle eyes I'd buy the LOT. :)

 

My final card features more of those cute reindeer… and they are SO cute that I thought they deserved to take centre stage. I just added a glittery die cut heart and a sentiment banner cut using THIS die.

 

Look at those little guys… LOVE this paper. :)

I had FUN. This kit is BEYOND CUTE. :)
